Rosette Ring Packing – Multi-Ring Structure for High Efficiency

Rosette Ring Packing is a high-performance random packing consisting of several small rings connected radially to form an open rosette-shaped structure. The interlaced ring strips and numerous gaps create multiple points for liquid holdup and redistribution, continuously renewing the liquid surface to ensure thorough contact between the rising gas and descending liquid.

Rosette Ring Packing is mainly used in gas–liquid contact processes in the chemical, environmental protection, and water treatment sectors, including acidic and alkaline exhaust scrubbing, gas absorption, desulfurization, cooling, air washing, and mist elimination systems.

Features
  • Large gas–liquid contact area. The curved ribs and open grid structure form and continuously renew the liquid film.
  • High mass-transfer efficiency. The complex flow paths ensure thorough gas–liquid contact, facilitating waste-gas absorption, scrubbing, and cooling.
  • High void fraction. The packing has ample internal open space, allowing high gas throughput.
  • Low pressure drop. Low airflow resistance helps reduce fan energy consumption.
  • Good wettability. Liquid readily adheres to and disperses across the rib surfaces, reducing channeling.
