Dust Collector Cartridge Filter – Large Filtration Area & Low Pressure Drop Operation

Dust collector cartridge filters primarily consist of end caps, a support frame, and pleated filter media. They capture dust particles from gases through surface or depth filtration, offering a large filtration area, high filtration efficiency, and low operating resistance. As a critical component of dust collector cartridge filters, they are suitable for applications with space constraints and high efficiency requirements, such as sandblasting and powder coating workshops, metal processing, laser cutting, welding fume extraction, and grinding workstations.

Post-Treatment Process
Membrane Lamination

Thermally laminate an ePTFE membrane onto the surface of the filter media, creating a microporous filtration layer that enhances filtration precision.

Water-and Oil-Repellent Treatment

Impregnating the filter media with fluorocarbon resin or PTFE emulsion to form a water- and oil-repellent coating, ideal for humid or oil-laden gas environments.

Anti-static Treatment

Blending conductive fibers into the filter media, designed for flammable or explosive dust environments to prevent static buildup and the risk of explosion.

Nanofibers

A layer of polymer nanofiber is laminated onto the filter media surface to enhance the capture efficiency for fine dust particles.

Flame Retardancy

By means of chemical additives or fiber modification, the filter media’s ability to resist open flames or high-temperature sparks is improved.
