Conjugate Ring Packing – Conjugate Curved Surfaces to Prevent Nesting
Conjugate Ring Packing features a unique conjugate-curved fin structure that replaces linear contact between packing elements with point-to-point contact. As a result, it promotes uniform liquid distribution, prevents packing overlap, and improves liquid collection and dispersion.
After Conjugate Ring Packing is loaded into a scrubber or absorption tower, the rings form interlaced gas–liquid flow channels that guide the liquid to spread in different directions, reducing packing nesting, channeling, and localized dry zones.
