Pleated Filter Bag – Effortlessly Upgrade Your Dust Collection Systems

Pleated filter bags are manufactured from synthetic fibers through a thermally bonded spunbond nonwoven process. It combines the benefits of dust collector filter bags and dust collector cartridge filters, providing a larger filtration area and extended service life — ideal for upgrading baghouse dust collectors or meeting high-performance filtration needs.

Features

Replacement for dust collector filter bags. It offers an alternative to traditional dust collector filter bags, increasing filtration area and saving floor space.
Large filtration area. The pleated design delivers a larger filtration area, ensuring higher efficiency and superior dust holding capacity.
Integrated construction. Filter media, support mesh, and end caps are integrally formed for high strength and deformation resistance.
Easy installation. It can be installed and replaced from the top of the equipment without entering the interior or disassembling the lower housing.
Equipment compatibility. Top interface can be customized for different installation configurations to fit a wide range of dust collection systems.
Multiple functional treatments. ePTFE membrane, anti-static, oil and water repellent, and flame retardant options are available to meet diverse industry needs.
