To further enhance employees’ expertise of environmental protection products, strengthen technical service and market support capabilities, and elevate the company’s technical strength in industrial dust collection sector, we organized a specialized training session on dust collector filter bags. Hosted by our Technical Department, the training attracted active participation from Sales, Procurement, and other departments, creating a lively and engaged learning environment.

This training session focused on the structure and working principles of dust collector filter bags, material classification, manufacturing processes, operating conditions, performance features, application scenarios, and common troubleshooting practices.
The presenter systematically expounded, using typical case studies and physical samples, on the differences in properties, temperature resistance, and service conditions of commonly used filter bag materials such as polyester, aramid, PPS, PTFE, acrylic, and polyimide. The session also introduced various post-treatment processes – including membrane lamination, water and oil repellency, anti-static treatment, and flame retardancy – and their functional advantages.
During the training session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on application challenges of filter bags across various industries, including cement, thermal power, metallurgy, and chemical sectors. They explored product selection logic, service life assessment, common causes of damage, and key considerations for on-site customer service. Sales and technical staff also proposed several optimization suggestions based on actual project requirements, effectively fostering cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Through this training, employees gained a deeper understanding of the core knowledge and industry applications of dust collector filter bags. This not only improved their professional expertise but also laid a solid foundation for stronger customer communication, project integration, and technical support in the company's environmental protection business.
